This place suits me perfectly! I love the free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and fitness studio. The staff helped me find a phone charger during my first stay, which I’ll always remember. I recommend checking it out!

missingWrote a review on 17 Dechelpful staffoutdated decor
The staff was helpful and accommodating, though the
cleanliness of the common areas left some room for improvement. Our room, a King Room Non-Smoking, was fairly comfortable, but we noticed some outdated decor and a couple of minor repairs needed.

I appreciated the hotel's proximity to West Hills Park, which made it easy for my walking adventures, and finding delicious food like Salsarita's Fresh Mexican Grill just a short stroll away made my stay even better.

Recommend it for solo travelers looking for comfort
The room was clean with comfy beds, and even tho I spent most of my time out, the bed was like sinking into a cloud. Staff was super friendly, they really went out of their way to help me with a last-minute request for a late checkout.
It wasn't exactly wallet-friendly but still pretty much acceptable.

The room was spacious and immaculately clean, featuring comfortable fluffy linens. Breakfast offered a great variety, including fresh salads, catering to diverse tastes. However, the tub in the bathroom was slippery, presenting a safety hazard. Additionally, despite a good stay, prices were significantly inflated at the time due to local events. Lastly, while the staff was friendly, there was limited interaction with them during my visit, which left some service aspects unaddressed.

The room was spacious and the beds were super comfy. The breakfast spread was impressive with plenty of options. I loved relaxing by the seasonal outdoor pool and the cozy TV lounge after a long day. The staff here was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for our needs. The free breakfast had a good selection, although we missed out on the bacon. The room size was decent, and the bed was comfortable. However, we faced some issues. The shower temperature was erratic, changing if not adjusted just right. There was a noticeable smell in the hallway and some areas looked a bit worn down. The cleanliness in our room could have been better. the floors were sticky and left our feet black if we walked around without shoes. Overall, I had mixed feelings but felt like the hotel could improve its maintenance and cleaning standards.
